I made my first order last week and my last. I've shopped online for at least 5 years now and that was the worst. Order on Monday and get a reply on Friday. What a F'ing joke. I post a message "begging for a coupon" from DDD in the forum for the lousey service and the hounds (owners and moderators of this site) come barking to their rescue. Any company that supports this website loses my business. You definately don't have free speach here. Slam me then close the thread! D-Ball and Stevevt... you know what you can KISS! A bunch of DDD as* kissers on this site. Read quickly folks Im sure it wont be up long and only the as*es will post negatively if it does. Any other first time DVD shoppers like myself avoid DDD like the plague, theres much better sites out there and its worth the couple extra dollars!

I think they should give you a free shipping coupon for your troubles. Did they cancel your order? Just wait until it takes 20 days for your order to arrive...
