DVD.Ccom deceptive and unresponsive!!!
On 6/25/02 I was charged for ashipped item. I was given a tracking number and then the problems started.
The tracking number takes you to Fedex, and they tell you the number is invalid.
Back I go and see that it was sent USPS (courtesy) - they also say the number is invalid as does UPS.
10 emails later and still no response from DVD<cim.
Yes, I tried the phone number for EXPRESS. The companythat answers, claims they know nothing of DVD.COM.
Now, I have to get the credit card company to cancel the charge.
Things like this can spoil the wonderful DVD experience.

While I sympathize with your situation and hope it works out for the best, we really don't need another thread about this.
Something Fishy Going on DVDExpress/DVD.com
Boycott DVD.Com with me
Closing duplicate.
