Amazon.com Cases with no DVD's??
This ever happen to anyone before?
Just got an order delivered that contained both the
I know what you did last summer/I Still know what you did last summer Double Feature and the Scream Trilogy Box Set.
First off, the IKWYDLAS/ISKWYDLAS shrink wrapping was not on very well, and second, and most importantly, NEITHER CASE CONTAINED ANY DVD's. Inserts are there, pormo materials are there, just NO DVD's.
The Scream Trilogy was perfectly shrink wrapped, and all DVD's accounted for.
Needless to say, I'm a little steamed...
I've purchased over 150 DVD's online, (many through Amazon.com) and never had a problem before like this.
To make matters worse, either i'm really blind, or I can't find a customer support number for Amazon.com anywhere..
E-mail support it is..
Anyway.... just curious to see if anything like this has happened to anyone else, because it's sure a first for me.
Appended: right after I posted this, I saw the "Customer Service Phone # Thread".. I feel silly.

I've never received an empty case from amazon, but when I got The Sopranos season 1 from them it had two disk ones and no disk two. I fired off an email to CS and it was resolved within the week.
