How good is DDD at cancellations?

I have an LOTR order with them, but I can get it cheaper at Amazon with STL and coupons....

I've never had a problem with it ... quick and easy e-mail.

I have cancelled numerous orders with no problems. However, I wish they would update their site to allow you to cancel online like Amazon and DVDEmpire.

LOTR shipped already. I called them the day after ordering Black Hawk Down and they said I couldn't cancel it because it was shipping already.

Gator so its taking a month to get to you since its released on the 6th of August?

Amazing, considering I dobut their warehouse got any copies in yet, considering this title comes out August 6th. Maybe you got some shmoe on the phone who didn't know what was going on. I'd call again and talk to somebody else, and if they can't assist you, talk to a manager. I've called them with cancellations before with no problems, even on pre street titles.

Of course, if you really do get Lord of The Rings this early, you can sell it on Ebay for twice what you paid for it!

sounds like i shouldn't have trouble cancelling, even IF it is LOTR...
