Need help with DDDHouse region codes

Need help with DDDHouse region codes
Apologies if this is the wrong place to post.
I am considering purchasing a bunch of movies from www.dddhouse.com. I am having trouble interpreting the region codes.
Here is a sample:
Language : Cantonese, Mandarin
VCD Subtitles : Chinese, English
DVD Subtitles : Chinese,English,Japanese,Korean,Malaysia
DVD Audio : AC3 Digital Dolby Surround 5.1
DVD Region Code : All Code, NTSC
Do I get to pick between "all code" and NTSC, or is that describing just one DVD? Will this play on a domestic DVD player (Toshiba SD1200)?
