Overstock prices going up!
I called Overstock about a shipment error that they made (wrong DVD), and they sent me a return label via email. She put me on hold for a few minutes, and then came back with a $5 credit supposedly linked to my email as an apology for my pain. Good customer service, if you ask me.
So, I went and began browsing through Overstock's DVD's, and noticed that the prices are going up. Some are pretty big increases, although my memory may not be dead on.
I hope that the initial fantastic prices on an occasional hot title may not have been just a bait and switch.
