Just out of curiosity I thought it’d be interesting to see who’s top dog as far as users of this forum are concerned. Due to the limitations on the number of options it’ll have to be from a list of ten so apologies if your own personal fave doesn‘t appear here. Important to say that this should not be only about the lowest priced etailer although that’s definitely a factor. I’m sure we’ve all experienced screw ups when ordering and in these cases the etailers that stand out (for me) and get repeat business are ones that handle the problems quickly and without any fuss.

It is close between Amazon and DDD but I like Amazon's order status screens and ability to change and combine order's the best out of all retailers out there. Their 24 CS is another plus since I work 3RD Shift.
