Does Dell charge a restocking fee for items returned???

I impulse purchased a digital camera and wonder if Dell charges a restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns?

Thanks in advance.

From: Work. Or commuting. Certainly not at home.
From their policies page

Unopened Merchandise

Any merchandise for which the original manufacturer's packaging (including any shrink-wrapped or otherwise sealed package containing disks or diskettes for software) is unopened may be returned to Dell, only if accompanied by a Credit Return Authorization Number (CRA), within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.

Would this policy apply to clear package tape (2"X2" scotch tape) that sealed either side of the box? I peeled the tape off just to take a peek at the contents.

Why don't you just call up Dell and find out?
