David Lynch Store

Do you have to be a member to order from it? And if not how the hell do you start an account and order from it. If anyone knows it would be much appreciated.
thanks.

Don't have to be a member... just register with your email address, and you can buy the Short Films.

Eraserhead is on back order. You can be added to a mailing list for when it becomes available.

Yeah I already did get put on the list... but they never confirmed I was on it? I just emailed them. The site has no customer service or anything (for non members at least.)

As for making an a name. I tried doing that, and tried making a cart but it just said my cart was empty. And that my name didn't have a cart. So it didn't work. If anyone wants to give it a shot go for it and tell me how they made a name.

Ok, I just did exactly what you said in the instructions and it gave me the same thing:

A really cool picture of like a dummy with a tie on, across it said ERROR! and then said "shopping cart doesn't exist."

If you have any more information that could help me out that would be rad. But thanks for the help so far.

Not sure then.

Perhaps it's a cookie thing, or security setting.

I just purchased it myself, and had no problems.

Nope... not a paid member.

Cookies are small chunks of data that some sites store on your hard drive. You can set your browser to accept them or not.

If the site requires you to have cookies, and you have your browser set to not allow them, errors will occur.

On IE 6.0 at least, to enable cookies... from the menu...

Tools
Internet Options
Privacy
Move that slider bar all the way down to "Accept All Cookies"

If that doesn't fix it, I don't know what the problem is. You might try to contact them directly.

Welcome to the forum! This sounds like a store related question, so I'm moving it to the Store Forum.
