NETFLIX Website Mistake?

While browsing titles at Netflix today I noticed they have have The Cat's Meow, Human Nature, and The Piano Teacher as being released on DVD April 12, 2002. They also have Murder by Numbers being released on DVD April 19. If these are mistakes, they're pretty big ones. If not, how the heck did they get the rights to release them at the same time that they're in theatres.

It probably is just a data entry mistake. I've never really paid attention to it, but Netflix used to track what's currently showing in the theaters as well (w/ a link to access local showtimes).

This morning I noticed that all three of these titles are listed are being a VERY LONG WAIT. I'm still waiting for Netflix's official explanation.
