NorthAmericanDVD has not sent out my ST:TNG S1 yet.....

I ordered this as a pre-order along with Ep2. I wonder if they are holding off on shipping them together since I got free shipping for ordering both at the same time. Any ideas?

Update...

Emailed customerservice on Friday and have yet to hear back from them. Ugh!!! I might have to resort to using the telephone. ewwww.
