Price match at Wal Mart?

Yes, as long as the Wal-Mart is "in competition" with the store you want them to match. Usually means that they're within the same city.
I've never had any problems price-matching at Wal-Mart. I just show the associate the ad, and they adjust the price. Great on Black Friday with Best Buy ads.

I don't even bother going to Best Buy on Black Friday, I go straight to Wal-Mart or Meijer (another store that price matches) and price match.I assume that you (marcandmag) are talking about real stores, not walmart.com. I don't know if walmart.com will price match or not.
Another good Walmart policy (besides requiring their employees to wear shoes), is their pricing gaurantee. If it rings up wrong, go ahead and pay, then take it to the service desk, they will give you $3 (plus the price difference) if the item is over $3, if the item was under $3 you will get it for free. They rarely offer to give you the $3 when you point out that the item was incorrectly priced, you have to ask them for it.

I made the mistake of going there a few years back. How do they manage to have these lines that do not move? I mean, you can stand for up to an hour in the same damned spot. What's up with that?

If you have a Circuit City in your area, take their ad instead. CC has Bull Durham and Usual Suspects listed at $13.99 each.
