Help - CS number for DVDSoon?
Does anyone have a customer service number for DVDSoon.com that gets to a real person? The only number on their site is for voicemail. Please help if you can.

Here's the contact information they used when they registered their domain: http://www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/whois/...&SearchType=do
If you try either of the phone numbers listed there and have success, please post this info in the
Customer Service Phone # Thread in this forum. Also, you might ask if they have a toll-free number, and include that info in your post.

I too was searching for a CS # for dvdsoon.com when I came across this thread.
The second number on the WhoIs report is the same one listed on their site and is for voice mail only.
However, when I called the first number on the WhoIs report (450-677-9857) I got a PRIVATE RESIDENCE!!! I gave the lady the number I dialed to confirm that I hadn't misdialed, and the number was correct. She had no idea what dvdsoon.com even was. I told her that they registered their website with her telephone number, and she said she would investigate this.
In my opinion this looks very suspicious, since I can't seem to be able to talk to a live human being at this company. I would stay away if I were you.

By the way, here is their written comment regarding telephone communication:
"Unfortunately, for the moment, we only have telephone communications when email communication is not possible (or practical)."
Thank you for your help stevevt and Zarathustra999
