DVDPlanet.com....check your statements!!

Awhile back someone posted a link to DVDPlanet.com for the Digimon First Season DVD for the price of $0.00 (sorry I can't find the original post). I ordered it, all this whole time all my confirmation email has been the $0.00 price with a $2.50 shipping charge. I finally got my DVD in the mail the other day and didn't think about checking out my credit card to see what I was charged. I called my credit card company today for a totally different reason and I found out DVDPlanet.com had charged me $19.99 for the DVD. I immediatly called DVDPlanet and they got everything straightened out without any trouble. The woman I talked to said it would take about 3-5 days for the money to show up on my credit card.
If anyone else has this problem, DVDPlanet.com's phone number is: (714)892-2283.

I got that dvd from them 2 weeks ago. I also was charged the $19.99 . But as the women you talked to said the same thing to me and I was issued a credit 2 days later. It seems whenever they have a pricing error, the computer automatically just charges you what it is actually sold for. Just give them a call and they will straighten it all out. Good deal on Digimon I must add . P.S. For those who order All in the Family Season 1 DVD, make sure you check your statements if you preordered it at the $17.99 price. Because you might be charged the current price they have it for. Just give them a call and they will correct it for you as soon as they charge you.

You mean to tell me that when they advertise something at $0.00 they actually sell it to you for that price?

Yes, they sold the Digimon:First Season for $0.00. I believe it was a limited time offer, and it was only accessible through a link that was emailed to you. As long as you ordered it while this offer was up on that specific web page, they gave it to you at that price.

Yeah. I got it too. It was actually posted on dvdtalk here. I clicked on the link the guy posted it and saw it down on the preorder list for $0.00. I ordered it and all I had to pay was $2.50 shipping for Digimon Season 1. I have to give dvdplanet credit for honoring this! Thanks dvdplanet and a Big thanks to Gsuscryst for the heads up
