DDD, order Status gone for good?
I just noticed the Order Status for your orders is now gone from DDD web site. Is this a Technical problem or a new feature? When I clicked on the HELP box I got some kind of error message.

I have not been able to place an order for the past 48 hours. I emailed DDD and they acknowledged my notice, so they are aware of the problem. Their server is currently not accepting new orders, so I think that means that they are addressing whatever the problem is.

The problem appears to have been resolved by now. I'm able to log in, check my order status and place new orders also.
I emailed them too and received a standard reply about deleting cookies, cache etc...it didn't work out, but now it's fine again. The problem definitely was on their side, because you'd have noticed an SQL error on every page when scrolling down to the bottom.
They must be updating their system or stuff.

I, too, logged on their web site on Monday and noticed that the "Order Status" button was missing.
I then went to click on "Log On" with my email address and password and then my "Order Status" appeared where it usually does.
I think all of this happened because they switched to a new server. But the point is that you can now track your orders online.
