Hey folks.

Does anyone know if there still is a place to get TINs of MANIAC?

Thank you very much,

Sebastian.

Good luck. Since this run was very limited (5000), a lot of people in this forum bought multiple copies and are shelving them for a year or so to drive up the value.

I saw one in Bestbuy and another one in Tower Records. Those things have been sitting there forever.

I sold mine at Amazon, didn't really care for the movie (and I normally like the dark and twisted and eclectic).

There are several listed there now (the LE), the two cheapest being $35 and $40, not too bad if you really want it.

It's a great package Summerwine, and while the soundtrack isn't exactly a riveting one, having the cd in the shape of Frank's head is cool as hell. Also, the tin makes for a highly disturbing conversation piece. But then, the regular release has the same srtwork, and is only missing the cd soundtrack. I say go for the tin. Definitely contact Codefree and see what his friend's offering. I hate to think of any unwanted Maniac tins out there. Give it a home.

As this request deals with a retailer/e-tailer hunt over specifics about the DVD, moving to the Store forum.
