None at all, and there haven't been any for nearly a year.
Don't hold your breath!

I received a 10% off coupon after I ordered the Mickey Mouse tin, and they later cancelled the order.

DDD can't really afford to give general coupons. The only time you'll get one is a 1 time use code they'll send you if something goes wrong with your order, and it has to be something very wrong like they cancel it, they get the shipment way wrong, etc..

That's a free gift they ran out of, not a cancelled order. You won't get anything for that.

However, say you ordered DVD X from their website and they claimed to have it. Time passes, it doesn't ship and it turns out DVD X is not available from their supplier. They would more than likely send an email apologizing and 10% off code for the next order.

You expect a coupon because they didn't send you a "free gift" that you found posted here? ha.

No doubt. DDD is my friend. I purchase from them almost exclusively.

DDD

I haven't had any problems with DDD either.

I don't think there is anyone out there that hasn't had a problem with an online retailer before. If so can I shake your hand?

Laters.

Actually, up until a couple of months ago that would've been me. I've been lucky enough to have had absolutely no problems ordering online in the past, and I've been ordering for about 4-5 years.

Then, one order at DDD went very problematic. They sent me 10 copies of a DVD and charged my card for all of them, at a single disc rate that was actually about $2 more than their website offered it for. So not only did they boof the order, but they overcharged me on each DVD as well. Of course, it was all taken care of, so in the end everything worked out OK.
