Are there any fees if I'm the buyer paying thru bidpay?

I think the buyer pays all of the fees for bidpay.

I have only used bidpay once as buyer and the buyer does pay a fee.

Money orders for $100 or less there is a flat rate of $5.00.
Money orders of $100.01-$700 there is a charge of $5.00 plus 2.25% of the face value of the money order.

And the delivery rate is:
First class--no additional charge
Priority Mail--$6.00
Express Mail--$15.00

bidpay is horrible, don't use it
