placed several orders last week in the days after Christmas.
the 2 box sets i ordered from DDD (on Wed & Thurs) haven't got here yet -they are supposed to be shipped via UPS-
but an order i placed WED from DVDPlanet just came in (via priority mail from Ca?!) as well as an order i placed thurs from DDD.
i paid for the shipping upgrade from DDD, which at $2 was still below the basic shipping cost from DVDPlanet.
needless to say, i'm very impressed with how quickly these things got here-especially in the case of DVDPlanet. i've never had an order from them reach me this quick.
as long as the boxsets aren't too far behind, i'll be very happy.

I don't see why he's lucky. 2-3 days is standard delivery time for Priority Mail. If the Planet order was placed Wed. and shipped say Thurs. it would have taken 3 USPS working days, which is appropriate from CA to IL.

The DDD shipment, also upgraded to Priority Mail, placed Thurs., probably shipped Fri. took 2 days. From Itasca to Chicago....

The boxsets were shipped UPS, as all larger DDD orders that are upgraded to Priority Mail. Bad for you.

I get this same type of service from DVDPlanet all the time.
