Found a Chicagoland store that breaks DVD street dates

Granted it was only by a night or two, but the Sam Goody in the Northbrook Court mall on Lake Cook Road (a/k/a snooty uptight yuppy central) broke street date for "Moulin Rouge" and "Twin Peaks:Season One".

Of course, it being a Sam Goody with the most ridiculous prices for media on the face of the planet ($20.99 for a new CD- PSHHHHAWWW! As if!), I didn't bother to purchase a copy.

But they were there nonetheless.

Take it for what you will.

Anyone know any places that might break street date around Skokie? Northbrook is just too far to go for a DVD for me.

Hi all!

Just checking in...I worked not far from Northbrook a few years back and would have to agree with GuessWhoo. Excellent eye candy!

5 miles (=5 minutes on the Edens, which is right next to Old Orchard, where you'd go in Skokie) is too far?
