Some of us (who live in the states) got the Canadian inserts in our copies of Jussasic Park III from CDNow.

You should have seen some of these type of comments floating in the JP3 posts... but no one is helping...

Here's my plea...

1) What is Universal Home Video's CS phone number?

2) Who else got the Canadian ($8.99 for the box and DVD) insert in their copy, that's not in the Great White North?

3) Can anyone tell us what we are supposed to do?

4) What do we call the "original receipt" from a CDNow order?
