How do I contact eBay regarding fake feedback?

I don't think you're going to have much luck getting eBay to change a comment... they tend to leave that stuff between the buyers and sellers. If it is really a blantantly incorrect comment, you may convince them to convert it to Neutral.
The only people that can leave you feedback are people you have actually bought from or sold to. Are you saying that someone has done multiple transactions with you (since you said "feedbackS") for the sole purpose of ruining your feedback rating? If that's true, it seems to me that you could easily get eBay to cancel their account, which automatically converts negative (and positive) comments from that user to neutral.

The thing is, it doesn't take much to create a new account on ebay so I'm selling some stuff and the guy uses multiple accounts to win and leave negative feedbacks. The reason he's doing it is b/c after he didn't contact me for an auction he won for 2 month I sold the item and then I receive his payment. I returned it to him but he complains how inconvenient it was for him to get the money order and how much it costed, etc.
