GiftCertificates.Com Confusion

If there's already a thread about this, forgive me. I purchased a $100 Amazon gift certificate from GiftCertificates.com this morning but did not get it yet (emailable). About 1 hour ago, I purchased another one under another email address and got that one right away. How strange.

My question is this, on either of them , I did not receive the $25 SuperCertificate. I called GC.Com and they said it takes 2-3 weeks. Can anyone verify this? Thanks.

Received mine several minutes after getting the $100 SuperCertificate, though it can take a few hours sometimes

I ordered a $100 supercertificate yesterday and had the $100 and the $25 extra one within the hour. After redemption I had the $100 and $25 amazon gc within the next hour. It said that the wait was 2-3 weeks on the order page for the $25 amazon gc, but I got it within the hour.

you had better luck than me. I tried ordering two 25 dollar amazon gc's from them weeks ago with the 10 off 50 coupon. they charged my card 50 dollars and never sent the gc's- they kept saying they were back ordered for weeks. I finally cancelled my order and am now getting them to credit me back. I will laugh on the day they go out of business. their customer service is horrible.

Done the coupon code deals 5 times and might have had to wait 1 day @ the most and charged correctly also.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, last night I ordered the $100 supercertificate, got both the 100 and the 25 within the hour(not sure exact time I didn't check for a while), redeemed them, got the real gift certificates in about 15 minutes. Then I headed over to CDNOW and placed an order. Quick and easy for me. I suppose you'll just have to wait and see. Good luck getting everything straightened out.

I've had it both ways!

Twice I've received the $25 freebie within a few hours of the $100 GC, both times they were ordered the same day. One time the $25 freebie came a week and a half after the initial $100 GC order.

Go figure.

Yeah I did this deal sometime last week, and got my $100 and $25 Super GC at about the same time, and used them to purchase the Trigun Boxset with 2 day shipping at CDNow for $125.97. I only went over my GCs bought, becasue I would have ended up with $3 and change left over which, I'd never use, because I never shop at CDNow, but did this time, because of the extra 15% off coupon deal that was going on.

One business account, two personal accounts...it was one of the personal accounts that took forever for the freebie.

To quote a brilliant man: "Go figure."

From: 1st Star to the right and straight until morning! ^^;
Hmm...to the original msg in this post. Perhaps the email you used as a MOTMAIL account and gc.com does not allow hotmail or webemail accounts.

Just a thought on that.
