...and I ain't ever gonna shop there again!!!

It's amazing that stores can still lie to customers and get away with it nowadays. Not to my surprise, my Godfather Collection order has not been shipped. Fortunately, American Greetings re-credited my card for the $19.95. But I have no intentions to ever shop at BN.com even if they have a coupon...nobody messes with my Godfather pre-order and gets away with it.

I'd love it if everyone who preordered the Godfather Collection with Flooz and got the shaft from B & N picked the CSR (or CSRs...in many cases) and arranged for a horse's head to be delivered to the B & N headquarters with a note saying "Thanks for the great service! Oh and the lies too!!!!"
