I'm trying to add a card to my Paypal account as I will cancel the one that is on it now within a few months, but I'm encountering problems :

Card I want to add :
American Express, seems that Paypal doesn't accept these?? Is there a way for me to have them add it?

Card I would also add :
Visa, but won't verify the card, the information is correct, any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

If I call Paypal, will they add my first card and fix the second so it will add?

To answer question #1, PayPal doesn't take AMEX.

Just make sure the name & address matches what is on your credit card statement. For example, in my case, the zip code for my city changed in July, but many companies still have the old zip code. If I use the new zip with vendors, it doesn't work. So, if the zip or city doesn't resolve correctly, the verification process will fail.

If it all still looks ok, I'd send a note to PayPal, which you can do through the customer service link while logged on to your account.

Thanks to you both, I got my second card added, I just took the second address in the list (which incidently is the same as the first, but without the word 'home' and it worked).
