Does Barnes and Noble do price matching?

I was just wondering if the Barnes and Noble retail outlets will price-match competitors' advertised prices? I got $50.00 worth of gift certificates to B&N and went there to buy some DVDs today, but their prices are terrible (even more expensive than their online prices). Thanks for any info on this.

Nope.
At least they didn't a year ago...but I doubt it's changed since then.

You might have some luck getting them to match their online prices, it all depends on who you talk to. I've had some cases where the person at the desk says it's no problem to do it without even pausing, then other times it was a major hassle. But pretty much, every time I've ever tried to get a B&M to pricematch it's online component it's worked okay, as long as you have a printout to take in with you.
