Express.com back on track?

I used to order quite a bit from Express.com. But I haven't ordered anything from them this year, due to their financial problems. They have e-mailed me numerous times promoting their site and prices. I'm still a little wary of Express.com. Has anyone had any recent experiences with them? Is it safe to start using them again? Or should I just stay away?

I ordered from express.com on 8/14 and then again on 8/31. I received both shipments less than a week after I placed the order. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they even sent me a little thing of post-it notes with the express.com logo on it...woo-hoo!

I have read about some Canandian customers experiencing problems with express.com, though.

Stay away! I ordered a portable DVD player in July. My order is still "processing." I have sent numerous emails without any reply from their customer service. One of the worst companies I have ever experienced.

Can't say for sure, but your delay may be due to the fact that they are getting out of the business of selling stuff other than DVDs. Regardless, they should at least respond to your e-mails with a answer one way or the other about your order.

I hope express.com will be back on track, that will mean one more online store to keep the competition healthy.
