Those gage idiots processing the mail-ins are just brainless. If they had brains, they wouldn't have worked for incompetent gage.
I found the number for Fox customer service: 1-877-369-7867. Let's flood it...

Okay, finally I received the rejection letter today.
It appears that I did not send in the correct PoP for this promotion. I guess SW: Phantom Menance, Titan A.E. and Dr. Dolittle 2 aren't part of the Fox family of movies.
I got all of the stuff back I sent in including the check. I'm going to re-submit the exact same stuff I sent the first time and include copies of the front and back of the dvd's above to show they should be eligible titles since they are Fox titles. This is the most work I've put in for a free dvd.
Does anyone know of a website for
Gage Marketing or Fox? The form letter didn't come with a customer service number to call and complain. And the number listed in this thread isn't working for me.

I finally received my free DVD today after over 3 months of waiting!!!
Not sure what's the hold-up. Perhaps they ran out of stock and were waiting to restock??? Btw, I ordered the Last of the Mohicans.
PowerBomb, the rejection letter should have a new address to send your 'corrected' material to. Just resend everything intact, plus a note saying all the PoPs are from valid Fox titles, you can quote the catalog numbers which you can find on your 4 DVDs. If the rejection letter doesn't have a new address to send to. Call the 877 number.
In fact, I called the 877 number today to complain about not receiving the free DVD after 3 months. The nice CSR gave me a Torrance California address to send photocopy of my original submission to. When I reached home after work I found my freebie waiting in my mailbox. Otherwise I would have resent the stuff tomorrow.

I finally got my rejection letter too (don't we all have one by now?
) ...supposedly they still think that Titan: AE isn't a Fox disc...sigh. At least I got all my stuff back. Weren't they told about this back in August based on previous posts here?
The 'corrected' address to send stuff to is as follows:
BUY 4 GET 1 FREE OFFER
PO Box 9900 Dept 734-004
Maple Plain, MN 55592
The letter was signed by someone named Mary Summers, if that matters. I'm gonna call the numbers listed here before I mail anything...
Sigh...won't these people ever learn???

Call this number:
1-877-369-7867 and speak with Tenisha Reynolds.
She was very helpful and told me to just re-send the stuff directly to her. I no longer have the address she gave me (it's different than the one the letter gave) but try calling.

BTW, the CA address you mentioned may be the same one Tenisha gave me...I would call her first before sending anything here though...

To give some hope to those still waiting for their free DVD, I received mine 2 days ago after waiting less than 4 weeks. I was pretty surprised about that after what I had read here. Maybe they realized there was a problem and have started to straighten things out.
