The Flooz and its Aftermath Thread

I was just about to post to the B&N thread about how it's now noon Eastern and still, no Flooz. While this is not a surprise, it is a surprise that we have no dedicated Flooz and outstanding Flooz orders thread. So here it is. Hopefully we can keep it in the Bargains forum as this thread is meant to keep us all updated as to the results of our "bargains" with B&N.com and American Greetings.com, the proceedings with Hoc's legal action, and any news regarding a potential return of the stupidly-named currency. Even though some of us have been granted reinstated orders at B&N.com, many have not. So let's make sure we all know what's going on with them here. And, Hoc, please keep us updated as well.

Thanks, and good luck to all.

Here's a link to the B&N/Flooz Order Thread.

Chalk me up as not shocked at all. Flooz is dead.

Interesting story at the N.Y. Times. You need to register, but should do that anyway, if you wish to keep up with more than Gary Condit.
