DDD and price reduction preorders

I ordered Alien Legacy last night for the new reduced price of 57 dollars. I emailed a cs and he said it would ship now since their in stock. Today when I got my confirmation mail it said it would ship on the day of the price drop. Has anyone ever ordered something from DDD before the price drop day and got the item before?

From my experience with DDD is that if its in-stock it will ship before the price reduction date, for the price reduction price.
