Help! clickstamp charging me!

how do i stop clickstamp from charging me? i just noticed on my cc statement that i've been charged twice already! i was told if i didn't sign up for anything, then they won't charge me, what the crack is this?! someone please explain, and help me so i can stop them from charging my cc. thanks!

What did they tell you when you called "clickstamp" with the problem?

call your credit card company and dispute the charges( you might have to write them)- if you never used there service they will not be able to keep this charge on your account especially if it was done online. they have to prove you authorized this. have them prove that you signed something.
Then make sure you call clickstamp and inform them to stop charging you- an email to record this might be better.

you might want to act like you do not know why this company is charging you since if you say you told them it was ok as long as you used the service you will have to or might have to prove you did not use it.
