Switchhouse customer service stinks

Ok, so I got lured into trying Switchhouse.com back in June when they had the $10 off $10 coupon. I used it to buy The Frightners and thought I was getting a hell of a deal when I paid only $5.25 for the order. The problem is time stretched on and the order never arrived. The form on their website won't allow you to file complaints on an order until 30 DAYS!!! has passed. WTF?

So I e-mailed them instead and never got a reply. I e-mailed the person who sold the item. Never got a reply. I e-mailed him again. Then waited a week and e-mailed Switchhouse member support another time. This all began three weeks after i placed to order by the way. So eventually a month after the order, Switchhouse says the person canceled the order because he had already sold it elsewhere. This pissed me off by itself, but what followed pisses me off even more.

I asked if I could have the $10 coupon credit back and they assured me it would come within 48 hours. That was July 1st. After a couple days, I e-mailed them and asked them about it. No reply. No reply to my second e-mail a couple days after as well. Yesterday I submitted a complaint through their web site and today I get a form letter that doesn't even come close to addressing my concern. I'm beginning to think that I will never see that $10 again and that make the damn $5.25 they credited to my account for the cancelled order more or less worthless.

Anyways, anybody else have such a hard time with their customer service? I saw a thread a while ago about members stacking up their feedback through fraudulent accounts and then ripping people off on trades, but was curious as to if their customer service is always this bad?
