Direct Video experiences?

Hey all,

Anyone have experience with these folks? I did a search and came up empty. They do have good prices on boxsets, though, which is why I ask.

Thanks.

I just cancelled an order from them. Waited 2 weeks for 2 titles that looked to be in stock (site doesn't say anything). Just order confirmation then nothing. Read details at site.

Processing: All orders of in-stock items normally take a minimum of 4 - 5
business days to process. In situations where an item may have sold out
and needs to be reordered from the studio, or in the case of unforeseen
circumstances which may delay shipping we ask that all customers please
allow six to eight weeks for delivery.

USA: Delivery is by U.S. Postal Service air mail. Items in stock normally
take 4 - 5 business days to process and approximately 5 - 10 business days
to ship once processed. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery
of in-stock items.

Canada: Delivery is by United Parcel Service unless you ask us to ship to a
post office box in which case delivery is by Canada Post. Items in stock
normally take 4 - 5 business days to process and approximately 1 - 4
business days to ship. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for delivery of
in-stock items.

My guesss is they get stock after an order is placed. I wouldn't use them again.
