Need an email to ceo, executive, whatever of Bluelight

I have a friend that's having a bad time with Bluelight. He did an order and returned like $400 of stuff at a KMart and they returned it, but it won't show up as credit on his CC. Also, they say they shipped multiple DVDs in one order when he only got 1 and the box it came in is one of those really slim ones you get from Amazon or other retailers.
Their customer service doesn't know anything, so I'm guessing if he emails the higher ups, maybe they'll do something. Anyone know anybody's email there?

I've been told by stores that it could take up to 30 days for a credit to be posted to your CC account. Give it some time.
As for the DVD trouble... I'd call them up and speak to a different CSR. If they can't help, ask to talk to their manager.. If they can't help you, as said above, call the CC and dispute the charge. The CC will go after Bluelight...
