How do you cancel an order with DDD?

I have a pre-order with them and i have decided to cancel it. I have looked all arround their page but i am yet to find a cancel option? What should i do, just contact their customer service or what?

Call them (800-264-5076) or Email them [[email protected]]. I would suggest you call and then confirm your conversation with the CSR in an Email.
