Netflix

Go to the shipping status page on the Netflix website and it will list all of your movies currently out. Click on lost in mail under Mad Max, and follow the prompts and they should mail you the next disc in your queue.

okay, but do I have to pay for the lost disc or does Netflix just swallow the lost. If this is the case... whats to stop people to lie and say its lost but really keep the movies?

You will not be charged for the dvd. I'm sure they would take into account anyone who seems to be getting a lot of dvds lost in the mail - I bet they'd charge your card then. I've reported dvds lost twice and they eventually turned up after 2 weeks or so.

Anyone else ever gotten a nice email like this one from NetFlix?

On Wednesday, the 16th of May 2001 you indicated that you returned 'XXXXXXXX' to us, but we had not received it. If you have already mailed it, it is probably still in transit.

If, however, it is still sitting quietly in your home, could you return it back to us please?

We'll send you an email notifying you that we have received it.

Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely yours,
The Netflix Team

2 hours later I got an email from them saying it was received They get upset if you accuse them of playing with shipping, and now they're accusing us?
