I've recieved a cheque from express.com for my last order which I did'nt recieve so what's going on with express are they gonna close or what ?

I suppose that they just couldn't get the item you ordered, so refunded your money. Cash it quickly.

I had ordered The Rock Criterion back near the end of February using a $25 gift certificate. My order was lost when the upgraded the system, and of course my gift certificate code no longer worked. Last weekend they emailed me to let me know that there was a $25 credit in my account because of the cancelled order. So I was able to place an order for an in stock item, and it has already shipped. I for one hope they can get back on their feet.

What is sending them under? Bad management, bad rep or what?

Well nobody will last long if they were/are selling titles for 35-50% off retail, when they're buying them at 32-35% off retail.

It's funny but bitter and pathetic.
