Stay away from BUY.COM , after all the bad reviews I don't see how anybody who reads this board would trust them. They have become what gives the Internet experience a bad name.

I can't even log into my account, not that I was going to order anything. Also notice, if your using Internet Explorer as your browser, the little pad lock icon at the bottom right of your window when signing in. Double left click on it to look at their security certificate. As you would expect NOT VALID/FAILED.

buy.com = goodbye.com

Some other advice

Although I think that DVD deals are pretty much gone there, it's still a good place for other stuff.
I needed a new laser printer this week, so I used their $30 off $300 deal for a new HP Laserjet 1200, for a delivered price of almost exactly $400, including tax and shipping. I asked for regular UPS ground shipping. I ordered it on Wednesday mid-day, and it arrived the next morning. A very good buying experience.
Also, I placed over 20 separate DVD orders with them last year until the coupon deals dried up. Even though there were a few problems (as expected), they always made it right, along with a few $20 concessions for the hassle. Even though my experiences were generally good, it is troubling that there has been so much inconsistency, as reported here.
