I thought when I received a used "Hellraiser" DVD with an Electronics Boutique price sticker on it, (from Amazon) that it couldn't possibly get any stranger. I was wrong!

I received my factory sealed "X-Files: Season 3" set today from Direct Video, and upon opening, I found an empty case. No discs, no booklet, nothing! Just the case! I can't wait to hear the response they give when they see my email.

sorry about that, but I do feel for you. I placed an order with them 2 months ago and it took about a month for me to receive it because 1 item was out of stock. Belive it or not I've heard stories similar to that one like 2 disc sets comming with 2 same discs, no disc at all, etc...

As a followup to this story, Direct Video responded immediately to my email and will be shipping a new X-Files set to me today. Very good service indeed!
