Instead of Mallrats I got American Pie as one of my enrollments.......Do I just call and tell them?

I'm sure this has happened to others?!?!

Call them at 1-800-457-0866.

They usually send you the right one right away and send a label to return the wrong one.

I ordered the Bridge On the River Kwai LE from them but the case was slightly damaged during shipping. This is a special book type case that I can't replace. If I call them to ask for replacement, do they send one right away with a return shipping label? Or do they have to receive the damaged one first before sending a new one? I rather not have my discs being away for weeks.

Call the customer support # and they usually will send a replacement right out with a return shipping label.

I sent an email to CH stating they sent the wrong title. They sent a response stating they are having problems with their website and canceled my enrollment even though they sent the whole order with one wrong title. I got 5 movies for $17.95. Can't beat that since I don't have to buy any further titles.
