I ordered three DVDs from Bigstar in ONE order. When I concluded the purchase, their web site split the purchase automatically into THREE seperate orders, each charging me $3.08 for shipping vs the $5.06 I should have been charged for ONE order of three DVDs. Anyone else had that happen to them. I feel ripped off.

What are the details? Was one in stock, one a back order, and one a preorder?
Did you have a chance to cancel the order after they told you the shipping charges?

I just got some auto email saying that DVDs sent seperatly do not change the shipping costs. An obvious lie. They still have not answered their voice mail or email. I think Bigstar needs to be down rated to unacceptable and avoid on this web site.

I finally got ahold of Bigstar. I had to use there non-toll free number. They claim not to have known for 2 days their toll free line was not working. They said they always charge extra shipping on preorders! They also cancelled my preorders without asking me! Well, it will be a cold day in hell before they get my business again! They also had no answer why they don't answer their email or voicemail. They just plain suck!
