Am I the only one being charged the full amount FOUR TIMES for the same ORDER # from BUY.COM? The order date was on 04/22/2001. Pls check your statement and let me know if you're having the same problem! Thanks.

I had a double charge from buy.com back in March. I called back when they a CS # to call and was told it would take a week for a charge back. Didnt happen. Had to email a few times and it took about 3-4 weeks to get my money back from when I first called.

I got 2 double charges in early March - one was for over a hundred bucks. Couldn't get through to cs for a day,so called the cc company to get that in motion. The next day i did get thru to cs - "Luis" was very helpful and both charges were credited within 2 weeks (i don't know why it took so long). Luis said they were having some problems with overcharges during march but they had the problem corrected. Luis should talk to Anime.

FYI for those that ordered from BUY.COM recently.
