I just made my first transaction with Digital Eyes since they have such a great price on the Spartacus - Criterion dvd, but I can't access my account to change some of my info. Could someone please tell me how to do this.

There's no other way than to email [email protected], because they have a policy of first giving you an interim account number, and once they've checked you out, they will give you a different, permanent membership number.
Great prices from DigitalEyes, though, but a tad slow in responding to emails.
