Yes, you heard it right here folks - they actually responded... I had Galaxy Quest dts on backorder but on the website saw it was available as 5-10 days. I emailed them about two weeks before my order would be cancelled - it took them at least two weeks after the order had been cancelled to get back to me... Ah well, c'est la vie...
