What a stinker for TNF. That should be on NFL Network only. I bet Joe Buck skips that game.
Patriots vs Bears, Panthers vs Eagles, Bengals vs Chiefs, and Saints vs Ravens are the only games worth watching and the rest are shit.
Patriots vs Bears should be the late doubleheader game on CBS.

CBS with the AFC does not have the big TV markets but they could have put Patriots @ Bears in the slot which is a much better matchup and game.
Nantz was saying Cowboys @ Redskins will be the first time that matchup will be on CBS in 25 years like I give a fuck.

In the "that guy is still in the NFL?" department, Derek Anderson will start for the Bills this week, over Interceptionman, I mean Peterman.

Is Joe Buck actually calling TNF this week?
He's currently also on baseball for the NLCS. Game 5 is tonight and I have a hard time believing he could fly to Arizona tomorrow and call that game. He just called a 5 1/2 hour game last night. Prepping for an NFL game takes at least 1-2 days.

The game I would be most interested in seems to be the most localized of the bunch (New Orleans @ Baltimore) That should have been on of the nationally televised games. The prime time games this week include far too many teams I don't give a rip about and/or have no interest in watching.

Anyone following this Chargers story? Apparently the owners found out the poor L.A. situation is going to hit THEM in the wallet, so they're taking action. Will they force a move? What city would be able to bring in an NFL team?

I didn't hear about anything new about the Chargers, but I guess it's the info in this article -
http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/2...ording-sources
Which is so dumb and not shocking since everyone fucking knew LA didn't care or want the Chargers.

I assume going back to SD is off the table? I've always thought the best option was for the Raiders to go back to LA, and for the Chargers and Rams to stay where they were. But that said, I do like Vegas being in the mix other than the Raiders being the better fit for LA.

Best bet (thus, unlikely to happen) would be for the NFL to force the sale of the Chargers. New owner would commit to helping build a new stadium on the site of the Chargers' San Diego site (SDCCU Stadium, formerly Qualcomm Stadium, formerly Jack Murphy Stadium).
San Diego WOULD welcome the Chargers back, just not with Spanos' ownership.
