That's a very interesting game....best of Luck to those teams.
I think this is the pivotal game for the Skins. We'll see if there's a thud after the disappointing loss or a rebound. Bad news for them is that it looks like SJax will be back and at or close to 100%. The Rams are a completely different team with him. Skins will have their hands full.

Hopefully McNabb only plays the first half then they bring in Joe Webb to bring the running game into focus during the second half.

When we got the tickets, the 49ers were supposed to be a guaranteed win. Now I'm not so sure.
Oh well, it's just the precursor to the main event at 8:00 across the parking lot.

Man, seems like you really do need two decent RBs.
Ryan Mathews goes off last week while Tolbert did little, and Mathews sits out most of this week with a nagging injury (though he finally returned today)
Ryan Grant goes off while James Starks looks mediocre, Grant won't play.
Daniel Thomas goes off while Reggie Bush looks mediocre, Thomas is out too.

Lions - Cowboys.
Big game. Been a long time since that's been true.
Have to slow down Megatron. Concerned he'll have a huge game.
And keep Suh and the gang off of Romo.
And of course, no one might run for anything today.

I hate the Cowboys, but I hope they win so ESPN can get off the Lion's nuts.

The country agrees. The line opened at 6 and has been bet up to 9.5. That's a huge move, although I suppose Vick's status being up in the air early in the week accounts for some of that.
The other bizarre line move is in the Skins game. It went from STL -2 to Wash -3. I can't fathom why. It definitely worries me that the Skins are getting so much love.

As if things aren't bad enough for Minnesota fans, Tim Brewster is the first face we see when they get to the field. He's the sideline reporter.

Why is the fox telecast showing up in a tiny little box with huge black bars on top and the sides? It's 40" usually widescreen with the black on top (which I'm ok and understand). But it's about an 18" image on my 40 " tv.
