It's good to see both of the major Colorado schools getting one seeds. I saw the WCHA championship game between Denver and CC and it was a pretty good game. Hopefully they both make the Frozen Four.

Michigan gags and throws away a 3 goal lead to lose to CC 4-3.

It would be cool to see 4 WCHA teams in the Frozen Four.

CC
Denver
UND and
MN

UND in too

Sound like there were some great games. Too bad they are not on ESPN or Fox. With no NHL, they may actually get a following. I guess they are being shown on ESPNU. I don't get that channel though

And MN wins 2-1 in OT.

All WCHA Frozen Four. Semi-Finals are a repeat of the WCHA Championship and Third Place Game. CC vs. Den and UND vs. Min.

Go Sioux!!

Man, what a frozen four set up. WCHA owns.

Hopefully my Gophers can pull off a mild upset against NoDak. I heard that one of hte major reasons they lost in the 3rd place game last weekend was because all the players were up late worrying about Hirsch. Hopefully he'll be back in 2 weeks.

Best part is that the Gophers are going to be 10x better next year. Scary if they win the championship next week.

I don't think it was clearly anything. His glove was partially in the net, but who knows which part of the glove that the puck was in.

puck was back in the webbing of the glove and half his glove (all the webbing) was in the net. there wasnt 1 definitive angle, but from multiple angles you could clearly tell.

The replay booth and the announcers couldn't clearly tell, but you could?

yeah, cause they have to have 1 definitive angle that shows the puck crossing the line. combining how it looked from multiple angles you can see. the location of his glove in relation to where the puck went in his glove (the webbing) you could clearly see it was over the goal line (half his glove was in the net). NHL games have overhead cameras..they seemed to have every single camera in the building except that one. they should take that stupid camera along the top of the boards away and go with the overhead cam. anyways....yeah...i could tell. theyre too worrried about making a judgement call when theres no 1 angle that shows it.
