Did this play-by-play guy for the Humanitarian Bowl just hit puberty, or is he Marge Simpson's long-lost brother? His voice is killing me.

Seneca was injured - not sure if he's coming back or not. They said he wasn't getting treated - just hoping he could rise up over the pain

There sure are a lot of bad seats when you convert Pac Bell Park for football.

Not quite sure what the injury was - happened before I started watching - but they showed him warming up on the sidelines about 2 minutes ago.

What's the deal with the Humanitarian Bowl? Isn't Boise State ALWAYS in it and isn't it ALWAYS a home game for them?

Other questions:

What's with the ugly blue turf?
Since it's the Humanitarian Bowl, they don't tackle do they?

This is the sixth Humanitarian Bowl and the third time that Boise State has been in it, so it isn't quite every time. The winner of the WAC goes to the game and they seem to win the WAC often.

yep...it's no different than if USC went to the Rose Bowl every other year or Miami in the Orange, etc....

Boise wasn't very "humanitarian" at the end - throwing for a TD instead of taking a knee with an 11 point lead. But since I had BSU -12......

Aha. Thanks for the explanation. I thought BSU was always in it.

Georgia Tech picked a bad day to wear all white. That field is in horrible shape.

How about that lead spotted by Purdue to Washington ... guess we like an uphill climb or something.

On a side note, why was Washington's coach (I'm not going to try to spell name) ragging on the refs at the end of the half ... I thought they did a good job of calming everyone down.

Purdue 34
Washington 24

If anyone cares. The Boilers turned the game around after a dreadful first quarter and dominated the game until it switched into a soft zone in an effort to contain Washington's hurry-up offense. It ended up a much better game than the start suggested.

The officials appear to have already left the Silicon Valley Bowl. Bilbo's cheap shot wasn't called, but they give Tech the fumble and call Fresno State for the personal foul.

The Big Ten is now 3-0 in Bowl Games so far...
Purdue, Minnesota, and Wisconsin won.

Lets go Penn State, Michigan, Iowa and Ohio State!!! Make it 7-0!

Quick question... whens the last time a conference went 7-0 or if it happens this year, would it be a first time ever?
