Air Force is a 3 point favorite over Notre Dame. Surprising because Air Force is ranked 15th and Notre Dame is 7th. Of course, Air Force's offense has scored way more than Notre Dame's this year. This should be a huge test for Notre Dame.

Hawaii is a 30.5 point favorite over Tulsa. Geez, Tulsa must really suck.

Not surprising at all. Air Force has a very powerful offense, is playing at home, and at 10:00pm (the Irish don't play well at night on ESPN). Combine that with the fact that Notre Dame's defensive miracles have been coming from the air, and Air Force will likely keep the ball on the ground most of the game, and you have good reason to favor them. It should be a damn good game either way, but I don't disagree with the line.

Prediction? I know you're rooting for the Irish, but do you think they'll pull off a win?

Anyone watching the Purdue vs. Michigan game? Someone needs to shut up Bob Davie. A player going for the corner of the end zone had his knee touch down before getting there. The clock stopped because it was a first down and then started back up. Ya see, they do that in college - you think Holtz would have taught you that. He's still bitching about the clock restarting when the ball was set. They watched the replay like 15 times showing this over and over. What a dumbass.

WVU over hated Syracuse 34-7 to drop the Orangemen to 1-6

That should give us some confidence going into the Miami game next week. Maybe we'll at least keep them from breaking the spread.

Forgot to mention that WVU's senior RB, Avon Cobourne, went over 1,000 yards for the season with 5 games remaining.

He became the first player in Big East and school history to rush for over 1,000 yards 4 straight years. He set the conference and school career rushing record 3 games ago.

Another worthless ACC game instead of a big game on ABC. Yay!!! Wake vs. Clem(p)son. So much more important than OU - ISU. Show us an off-game when it's actually local, like Tech or Georgia. No one in Atlanta gives a **** about this game. Just because it's "closer" geographically doesn't mean we should see it. That logic would have us watching Duke vs. Vandy instead of Oklahoma vs. Miami.

ABC ... a tradition of SUCK.

SU sucks. Bad. Real bad. Beating the 'Cuse means nothing this year, Josh, you know that. Right now, I'm thinking the 'Cuse are going to end up 1-10 ... with zero wins against I-A teams.

seneca is getting pounded in the rain..
definitly going to keep the heisman hype that has been surrounding him
oklahoma is beating iowa state like they were guam tech
(no offense to guam tech )

oklahoma just fumbled a punt and let it bounce around before being recovered on like the 2 yard line..
maybe isu will actually score

4 plays for negative 3 yards... no score

seneca is 1-12 for 0 yards and a couple of turnovers

You got lucky though as that is the only close game. Oklahoma-ISU and USC-UW are both blowouts.

Of course its still a matchup between two teams that most people don't care about, but at least its close.

Wisconsin-Ohio State was on ABC, and it was close.

In an odd twist of fate, the Wake vs. Clem(p)son game was one of the better ones of the day. Still, give us a real game for a quarter or two, at least until it becomes a blow-out.

Looks like I was right about Oregon being a paper tiger. I really think Washington State is the team to worry about over in the Pac-10, not Oregon.

I'll bet Mushberger and crew were breathing a sigh of relief of the outcome of this game. Otherwise they'd have a hard time rationalizing and promoting the Ohio State/Penn State game as being "the Big 10 game of the week" next week over Michigan/Iowa (which will be on ESPN).
