No they are just ripping there release list from Ebgames, and they have not updated it yet. Legacy 2 is officially cancelled.

Legacy 2 was cancelled? Was it cancelled just for the dreamcast or for good? I was looking forward to this game too.

It was cancelled for the Dreamcast, it is still coming to PS2.
